How long will it take for my order to ship?

Most orders are handmade and prepared for shipping within 5–7 business days after purchase. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Because each item is made by hand, processing times may occasionally vary during busy seasons or periods of high order volume. Any different processing time listed on an individual product page will apply to that item.

Are all Made for Gianna products handmade?

Yes! Every Made for Gianna item is thoughtfully handcrafted from felt.

Because each piece is made by hand, small differences in stitching, shape, placement, or color may occur. These slight variations are part of what makes every handmade item unique.

What is included with each product?

The exact items and quantities included are listed in the product description under “This set includes” or “Choose your pack size.”

Only the products specifically listed in the description are included. Any additional items used for styling in photographs are not included unless stated otherwise.

Can I choose different colors?

Some products include color choices directly on the product page.

For another color that is not listed, please contact us before ordering. Custom colors are reviewed individually and may affect availability, pricing, or processing time.

Do you accept custom requests?

Custom requests are welcome and reviewed individually.

Please contact us with as much information as possible, including the product or design you are interested in, preferred colors, approximate size, quantity, and any inspiration photos.

Custom requests are not confirmed until availability, pricing, and processing time have been discussed and approved.

How should I care for my felt products?

Unless otherwise stated on the product page, gently spot clean felt products with a cool, damp cloth and allow them to air dry completely.

Do not place handmade felt items in a washing machine or dryer. Care instructions may vary by product.

What ages are the products recommended for?

Made for Gianna products are intended for pretend and imaginative play.

Age recommendations and any applicable safety information will be included on individual product pages. Adult supervision is recommended, especially for younger children.

Please inspect handmade items regularly and discontinue use if an item becomes damaged or develops loose pieces.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change or cancellation.

Cancellation requests may be submitted within 24 hours of purchase, but changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once materials have been prepared or production has begun.

What is your return policy?

Return requests may be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and returned in their original condition. Please contact us before returning an item so we can review the request and provide return instructions.

Custom or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

Clear photos of the item and packaging

Will I receive tracking information?

When tracking is available, a shipping-confirmation email containing the tracking information will be sent after the order ships.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan the package and update the tracking information.
