Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Made for Gianna! Each item is thoughtfully handmade and carefully prepared before it begins its journey to you.

Processing Times

Most orders are prepared and shipped within 5–7 business days after the order is placed.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Because our products are handmade, processing times may occasionally vary during busy seasons, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Any different processing time listed on an individual product page will take priority for that item.

Shipping and Delivery

Shipping options and costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the order and delivery destination.

Estimated delivery times begin after an order has been processed and transferred to the shipping carrier. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside our control.

Order Tracking

When tracking is available, you will receive a shipping-confirmation email containing your tracking information after your order has been shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information.

Address Changes

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible at madeforgwithlove@gmail.com. We will make every effort to update the address before shipment, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has been processed or shipped.

If an order is returned because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional shipping charges may apply before the order can be resent.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your tracking information has not updated or your package appears to be delayed, please contact us at madeforgwithlove@gmail.com so we can help review the shipment and determine the appropriate next steps.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check around the delivery area, with household members or neighbors, and contact the shipping carrier. You may also contact us for assistance.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at madeforgwithlove@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and work to make it right.
